I am a notary authorised to practise in England and Wales.  My notarial practice is regulated pursuant to the Legal Services Act 2007 by the Master of the Faculties through the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury.

I provide notarial services through my company Fiona Woolfe Services Limited (FWSL).  Through FWSL I also provide other legal services, separate to my practice as a notary.

Your contract for notarial services is entered into with FWSL, but I have personal obligations to comply with professional rules and regulations and I owe a personal duty of care as a notary to you as my client.
